Chattanooga's Southside had breweries, energy, and momentum — but no authentic slice shop. We saw that, and we opened our doors at 612 East Main Street in 2017.
A Former Wrecker Shop
The building we took over had a past life hauling cars. We gutted it, put in a kitchen, and made it into something the block actually needed.
Everything From Scratch
The dough, the sauce, the sausage, the meatballs — we make it all in-house, every day. That's the whole philosophy, and it hasn't changed.
